Subcontractors

Independent Contractor Status – You understand and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of Brothers Pool Construction, Inc. As such, you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable labor laws.

Licensing & Certifications – You certify that you and your workers possess all required licenses, certifications, and insurance necessary to perform the agreed-upon work, including but not limited to general liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and any required trade licenses. Proof of such documentation may be requested at any time.

Work Quality & Safety Compliance – All work must be performed in a professional manner, in accordance with industry standards, OSHA regulations, and Brothers Pool Construction, Inc. safety policies. You are responsible for providing your own tools, equipment, and safety gear necessary to complete the job.

Project Deadlines & Worksites – You agree to complete work within the agreed-upon deadlines and follow all project specifications. Work may require travel within and beyond our current service area, and subcontractors must comply with all site rules and regulations.

Confidentiality – You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, client details, or trade secrets obtained during your work with Brothers Pool Construction, Inc.

Liability & Indemnification – You assume full responsibility for your work and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brothers Pool Construction, Inc. from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your actions, negligence, or failure to comply with contractual obligations.

Payment Terms – Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements or work orders. Invoices must be submitted as per contract terms, and Brothers Pool Construction, Inc. reserves the right to withhold payment for incomplete or unsatisfactory work.

Termination of Agreement – The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if work is deemed unsatisfactory, deadlines are not met, or terms and conditions are violated.
